Valid photographic ID may be required.
We cannot tattoo anyone under 18, even with parental consent.

PIERCING CONSENT

Complete your Piercing Consent Form before arriving at the studio.

Under 16? A parent or legal guardian aged 18+

must complete the form.
18+ piercings: Valid photographic ID is required.
